Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Memoriezz account and all data associated with it.

Option 1 — inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Memoriezz and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and everything you saved are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by e-mail

Send a request from the e-mail address linked to your Google account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Memoriezz account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your account record (Google ID, e-mail, name, avatar URL, language)
• All saved photos, videos, files, notes and links, including albums, tags, favourites and everything in the Trash, with their files on our servers
• Unfinished uploads
• All sign-in tokens and the devices registered for notifications

Before you delete

• Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel Standard or Premium in Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise Google Play keeps billing you.
• Copies kept on your phone for offline use are removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.

What may be retained

Crash and analytics data already sent to Firebase is not linked to your name or e-mail and is retained per Firebase's retention period. Records of subscription events are kept as long as needed for accounting. Server backups are rotated within 30 days.
