By signing in to Memoriezz you agree to these terms.
Memoriezz provides private storage for your own photos, videos, files, notes and links. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You keep all rights to what you save. You grant Memoriezz a licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to save the content. We keep your content with care, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; the App lets you keep copies on your phone (Profile → Offline access).
You may not save content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or depicts child sexual abuse. You may not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires. You are responsible for activity under your Google account. You can delete your account at any time (see memoriezz.com/delete-account).
The Free plan is free forever. Standard and Premium are subscriptions billed by Google Play, monthly or yearly; they renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. After cancelling, your plan stays until the end of the paid period. Each plan has limits (storage, file size, number of tags, trash) shown in the App and on memoriezz.com. If you use more storage than your plan allows, nothing is deleted: new saves pause until you free up space or change plans. Prices may vary by country; refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Invite bonus. For every friend who joins with your invite link, creates a new account and starts saving (at least 3 items on 2 different days), you get 1 GB of extra storage, for up to 5 friends (5 GB). The bonus stays on any plan for as long as your account exists, even if the friend later leaves. Invites made with several accounts of one person, or other attempts to game the bonus, don't count, and we may remove a bonus obtained that way.
Export. On every plan you can export your whole collection: to your own Google Drive, or as ZIP archives that stay downloadable for 7 days. One export a day.
The Free plan displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Paid plans show no ads.
To the extent permitted by law, Memoriezz is not liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
